I realize you are replying to someone else and I apologize for butting in. IMHO, this is a persistent issue for players and if unable to replicate, then perhaps the best way forward is to simply remove the islands causing the issues and move on. That achieves the same purpose as the convoys will most likely find their way which is all we as players really care about. Just my two cents.

I had to upgrade my PC a couple of times for this game to be smoooooth but I started Stalker 2 with:
1TB HHD
16GB RAM
3060 TI 8 GB
I7 9990k
All I needed to upgrade was the HDD to SSD and the 16GB ram to 32 and it was perfect.

So yes, your PC will handle it just about fine. The 32GB is not a required upgrade. 16GB can handle Stalker 2 just about perfect. Especially if no Google is running in the background. Your GPU and CPU are just about perfect for Stalker 2 on high settings.

I'd have to agree with some of these points. Cartridges fror some of the extra features makes sense as they would require extra hardware, heat, power etc, but the prices should just be an uploadable .bin file or at the very least a single use cartridge that has the software on it. Essentially, some features should be apps, others are hardware based.
