If it was added to the base game then it wouldn't be cheating because it would just be part of the game, which is what this thread is asking for. So what's your point
Also giving a ♥♥♥♥ about balance in a game intended as a story generator is very silly

Then use the mod and leave it where it is, it doesn't need to be integrated, that's the point.

The game was designed without it, if they developers hadn't wanted hauling to be a issue worth consideration then it wouldn't work how it does. You have the mod that can be used problem free. Again, what is even the point of integrating it?

This game still gets balance changes, clearly it is not perfectly balanced. No game is. To add to that, mods that some like you would consider "cheats" have been introduced into the game before. Never say never.
