What is the moddable shield difficulty settings in the patch notes?

Anyway, they don't give me the chance to elaborate since they close the ticket, preventing further communication. It sucks, there's not much else to say.

The funny thing is, I want nothing more than to separate my Steam account from my Rockstar account. So what does Rockstar care? If I lose access to games on Steam, it will affect my Steam account, not the eventually other guy owning Rockstar account. I'm also wondering why Steam can't intervene directly, given that it primarily affects the Steam account if i loose games in my steam library. Instead, they sent me to Rockstar Support. However, since Rockstar Support is non-existent, I'm going to start stalking Steam now, when i find out a way to directly communicate with them.

And there's not one thing that Steam can do. As frustrating as it is, Rockstar is the only one that can fix this for you. And, yes, they are not known for being incredibly helpful in this regard.

Every game is demanding when V-Sync is off, even the simplest one, because they will render hundreds of fps and often will use 100% of the GPU.

because there are g-sync and freesync monitors which don't need vsync and vsync is really resource heavy and always downgrades your fps.

i can't understand why there is still vsync in the newer games and why they haven't removed it alltogether with how many freesync & g-sync monitors there are.

and yes, i have a newly pre-build PC with 4070 TI which goes to 72 - 74 max even when capped at 140, when i cap the game at 80 fps then it goes up to 61 degree.

vsync is there to avoid screen tearing. some cards are much better at doing this on their own than others. if you turn off vsync, and you see diagonal lines start appearing as you move around enough so that the screen edge moves... that's screen tearing. I have an old GTX 1066 that demonstrates this readily. If I turn off vsync, and instead just go with a frame limiter, I get screen tearing.

The code is not yet smart enough to differentiate between certain collisions in real time. Although your specific situation seems like a no brainer, perhaps AMS2 is worse off in this circumstance
