Mich, the only thing you are doing here is demonstrating your ignorance and bias. NO ONE PERSON referred to those numbers as "PLAYERS". Not one. Your insistence that they did? Yeah, ok. Lets just chalk it up to "It's Mick"..... and I believe everyone will get exactly what I am suggesting there.

This happened with me with Kumori on the beginning of the 3rd stage once too. She was moonwalking or something. Also, for the the start of the fourth stage, if she is is last stance mode, the icon pops up and freezes the input for a second sometimes.

Tom's right, the door notice doesn't change, and, in my game at least, even when you walk right up to the middle of the door it's a little slow to respond... just put your nose on it, so to speak, and hang out for a second or two, and it should open, it you've passed the index mark...

You just have to fulfill the same conditions as getting an S without equipment and equip two talisman that boost rank.

To know conditions for an S, press triangle/Y at the end of a stage for full details on what you don't fullfill for S.
