Good thing I already bought AoH 2 a while ago and will be receiving the definitive edition for free.

I was slow on the update but after reading all of the wild butthurt of "I don't like this formula and throwing a temper tantrum is easier than playing the games I enjoy like a normal adult" reminds me of the same threads that existed on DOOM Eternal's forums for YEARS. someday, you'll realize that it's not the game that's the problem, it's your inability to enjoy things you enjoy, not to take everything personally, and that the people arguing about why DOOM Eternal was in fact great using superficial understanding of the game are the same people arguing DOOM: TDA is bad using superficial understanding of the game. games are extremely simple consumable media and they always will be. maybe y'all will realize what you're doing is exactly what people like LegionKIN were doing on the forums and modding discords for Eternal for 4 years after its release. or maybe not, maybe you're too stupid to let people enjoy things while you enjoy what you enjoy cause man it is not deep. hope you figure it out, peace out weirdos, enjoy your miserable temper tantrums. hope that gives you enjoyment, I really do

Powered mine and powered ropeway mostly takes care of this, you can't build it anywhere but you can bring the resources back to your base from a decent distance.

Agreed. I want my Battlefield to be a slower paced, more deliberate game. This feels like a lobby of crackheads all over the place. I want directed head-to-head battles, not twitchy slide-jumpy slap fights. It feels close, but not quite right.
