also seeing that they rely heavily on twitch and youtube to promote the dlc, (even if you did this from the start ) has a voice in the back of my head say , that instead of listening to criticism, you think its easy to outnumber them critics with new customers.

Please don’t be mad, dopeh, but your message comes across as quite harsh. Some of your points are understandable, especially regarding what we actually paid for. Your opinion is that the buyer pays €40 for the base game, not for DLC or future monetization strategies. I think that’s an interesting perspective. That said, there are still updates coming to the base game later this year, which shouldn’t be forgotten.
Or, put differently… to me, it feels like you’re applying your personal standard as if it were a universal rule, without giving much room to the company’s perspective. And that’s… well… not ideal and might be received the wrong way.

Maybe you were frustrated, and that’s why your tone came out that way. Around here, we always say: tone makes the music. my point is: If you want something, convey it factually, rather than as if you’re superior or know better than the developers. ^^

It's so ironic that the unanimous answer to this thread is "SERVER BROWSER".

Meanwhile on twitter BF6 devs are gaslighting players RIGHT NOW about why server browser isn't needed, and why SBMM queue with forced bots enabled is what they really want. Because it meets all their use cases or whatever.

I watched some youtuber playing this and the there was significant performance drop when he looked at multiple squads fighting. I thought that that was the main purpose of this release to make the game run smoothly on modern hardware? If the game framerate drops this much in vanilla skirmish then the mods like UA are cooked. Anyone had the same issue?

it's literally 70% of the stuff we do because there's nothin more rewardin than slammin down 30 stable fps on somethin that shouldn't technically be possible. even better than kickin down godzilla and tailspinning him into mount Fuji, crwoning it all with a giant screamin eagle layin (as in, actual egg-laying) ten tzar-bombas (cause yes, who cares if they are russian) into the crater.

So-so. Not worth the full price, not great. But starting week 2 I've noticed changes for the better, considering how players move. The problem with BF games though is everything could change at any moment, so paying full price for the 'game as a service' is not an option. That's how I bought BF4 and a year later they totally changed the weapons balance and I stopped playing the game. So all EA games ⇒ buy only on huge discount because they will make a fool of you anyway.
