I guess the issue is the energy system and exhaust mechanic so that class skills are just absolutely not sustainable with a few good outliners like frost shards, so you kind of have to use core skills or find one of those rare outliners.

And the class skills are just doing to little / are to bad for how bad exhaust is...

Especially the earth mastery absolutely sucks.

It has such a cool theme / suxh great visuals but gameplay wise its the worst of all masteries...

my earth character played through the game easily so far, they arent the fastest killers but they are reasonably hard to kill and have a very easy to use playstyle. its also a great secondary mastery for warfare focused characters. unfortunately it doesnt offer much to rogue builds except the aura, and offers almost nothing to storm builds
