i had no luck on dido going after either of the magazines at any depth. historically, they were rather flimsy warships so they should be easy to take down . i dunno, maybe they're not coded for those hit-boxes or maybe i'm just really unlucky

Hi, I verified that Steam Cloud is working on my PC but I don't have a Steam Deck to test it out on. If anyone else has a Steam Deck please let me know if Steam Cloud works or not for you for this game.

In the meantime, I added text to the bottom of the title screen that will tell you if Steam Cloud is active or not. NOTE: This text will only appear in the beta build, which you have to follow these steps to access: https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/1698850/view/538860954058754180

If you happen to play that build and can tell me exactly what the message says at the bottom of the screen that would be helpful. (Of course you might just want to wait until the patch hits the main branch.) For example, if it says "Steam Cloud: Disabled by App" and nothing else then that means the app is having compatibility issues.

I know that Steam only rated this game partially compatible with Steam Deck, so I'm wondering if there is more that needs to be done to get it to be compatible. Or I wonder if there's some kind of file structure issue or something like that. I'll look into it and see if I can figure it out, and possibly find someone whose Steam Deck I can test with.

Also in case it helps, you can also sort of speedrun the game to catch up with a second save file. If you get to a Mastery level with one class, then you can use Achievement Points to boost other classes to that Mastery Level. Then you can get all classes to Mastery 8 way quicker than playing 50+ runs. The best way to get Achievement Points is to win runs, or to get as far as you can in the final battle (every monster killed gives you a lot).

Anyways like I said I'll look into this and figure out what to do next.
