The bots are just overall terrible ignoring enemies, refusing to revive or ignoring objectives.

For example we had a ghost at the castle gate showing the green thumb. People thought they can solve it right here. But it meant they have the abilities to get the key. It's better without in this and other cases.

I don't know the true distribution of averages that the game expects, but I ran a 100% solution many times, recording the average on the cubes, until I one number hit 100 times, and the results were as follows:

The above solution should have around 66% success rate. Technically, you should be able to take out the last cycle, and still have around 55% success rate, but I'm less confident in that one :)

Can Eldritch Sovereigns never exceed 32 movement?

32 movement units aren't that bad, and there are a lot of them so you usually need to accommodate them regardless. There's also a lot of good weapons that disables the mount slot, and if you already don't have that slot then those weapons are more powerful since you don't have to pay for that downside.

I am used to running Feudal Aristocracy or cultures with Athletics. So I am used to just not using 32 movement units.

I mostly play with Dragons and they do get Form traits (starting race traits) so I would think that Eldritch Sovereigns do as well? So you could just pick Athletics with Eldritch Sovereigns?
