I click "standard match" after searching it loads as it should, but then it throws me back to the main menu, why?

The game is heavily underperforming (acccording to it's CEO), so it's future is unsure. As of now they have a roadmap but it's ambitious.

There apperantly will be some "talks" around Gamescom, they hope to find more investors. 40 Million was not enough it seems.

But that's kinda the point - if devs would just say "we don't give a damn about what you think or feel, we will just change the game the way we want", I wouldn't have a problem with that (though obviously, I wouldn't buy the game with such developers). However, devs didn't say that. In fact, they claimed that they had "a careful consideration" about the issue.

Because the game is balanced around high end, SWF is probably way more active than solo/duoQ and, yeah, it sucks when you enjoy a good solo chill play, but everyone need to enjoy the game, including killers facing toxic 4 stacks 24/7

Most players are queing solo. SWF is a minority of survivor groups. It is a shame though that the majority get a crap experience for it.
