Anything they deem "inappropriate for children" is the term used. It doesn't just apply to "adult" games, and there's nothing in the law that prevents them from applying it more broadly.

That means that in the future, it could be applied to more.. graphic games, such as GTA or Dark Souls, or ones that touch on subjects that they deem "inappropriate", such as Slavery (Think Dragon Age, and the Tevinter Imperium). They could apply it to Skyrim, because it depicts graphic scenes of beheading's for instance.

After all, recent Survey's have told them that "games make people violent", and violence is a major problem in the UK at present...........

one would be wise to actually read the terms of early access to understand why that is.

eh, Terms are as binding as a court says they are. EAccess has no precedent, so yea terms are the only metric. If that state ever changes..so will the terms.
