The og doesn't work anymore, even for the made for windows 10 2.0 you have to download an old direct x or redistributor something from legacy microsoft website sry I forgot which where exactly, where they still keep some, but even this can be gone one day and even then it's not 100% ok and still you can't use mods or other versions cuz sprites bug out while playing... so in order to add that, he'd have to put some if not much work into that og version... thus making this the ultimate or 2 in 1 seems to be the better idea indeed. I wish controls were the same myself, but I will buy any and or dlcs to support him, and I'll be fine with og sprite pack as well. That said I like the idea of a hybrid or toggle-able ultimate LF2 indeed! Like some other remaster games do...
I wish this new version got ultrawide support, as there have been alternative exe mods for the og and works quite well still. Ultrawide works surprisingly well for side scrollers and other then Stage mode with hidden out of sight spawn at the sides or the small box ring map, it would just instantly work with it, nicely, with these wide, almost infinite map designs...

All of a sudden I'm having a random problem where my character seems to get an auto-walk bug. They wont stop slowly walking forward and it's making the game unplayable. The auto-walk is a little bit annoying when I'm exploring, but the actual problem and un-playability comes in during battles. I cant fight in battles at all, my character has an enemy selected, an attack or special ability activated, just just starts running in a straight line past the bad guy and off to... wherever. He wont stop running, so he cant attack, so the battle cant happen and the game cant continue.

For the love of god someone tell me how to fix this! There's no key binding for an auto-walk, I've tried resetting the movement keys that are there. If I reboot my PC it stops, but then just randomly starts again after a few minutes. The last few times, I very carefully took note of every button I pushed and was as patient as possible to be sure it wasn't some random key combo or something. I wasn't having this problem before so... I have no idea why it's happening and Google has been no help finding answers. Anyone got anything?

Pricing the game at $59.99 and then locking 2 entire clans behind a $30.00 paywall that also includes cosmetic nostalgia bait items harkening back to a game that featured 7 clans for ~50.00 bucks total is one of these supreme ironies we've learned to expect from gaming companies these days...

Whole game is dead. Cant even play. BHVR is such a joke developer. Consistent failures on release. When this game dies I'll never play anything they work on ever again.
