its basically the Ultimate version with increased performance and crossplay. So compared to the PC version of Ultimate, its night and day different since it was basically unplayable for due to dropped frames and no playerbase, those issues have been solved with this release. however there was no FOV slider in the beta, maybe that will change in the release (they said they improved ultrawide support after the beta, if that is truly the case then a FOV slider is a must).

Yeah the ultimate version was probably the worst port I've ever played. I couldn't even get steady 60 fps. I hope they add a fov slider on release.
