A few questions if you find the time.

For Situational Morale do negative Psyche states count as debuffs?

For Diet Morale is it correct to assume that if you eat a fistful of berries every time you pass a berry bush it's going to tank because you're eating the same thing repeatedly? Like say you pass three bushes and eat six berries, is that going to result in a sizable loss of Diet Morale?

For Lifestyle Sanity is there a higher weight to certain actions? Like is praying better than asking someone for gossip? Is crafting better than cooking?

For Rest Sanity/Morale does Fatigue impact the loss at all or just time gone without resting?

I ask about these things specifically because I went to Rottenwillow and I'm pretty sure a special quest caused my Rest Morale/Sanity to tank and that has left me in a bit of a Morale/Sanity spiral I can't break out of.

Situational Morale only goes down when you receive specific combat debuffs, like bleeds, stuns, dazes, etc. It doesn’t get reduced by just any debuff, and negative States don’t influence it.

No, berries are not the dish and therefore do not trigger repetition Morale loss specifically to prevent situations like these. However, this doesn’t mean that being too reliant on raw ingredients is the best strategy of dealing with Diet Morale, as not having any proper dish for a day or longer will start a separate slowly accumulating Morale loss debuff.

No, all actions restore about 3%. In cooking and crafting the bonus depends on the complexity of the recipe. Cooking lentil stew is less effective than cooking some meat-based dish.

Fatigue impacts the amount of hours you can sleep, and the Rest Morale/Sanity loss scales of it. So, indirectly yes. Basically a character who can sleep for 20 hours loses it faster than a character who wants to sleep for 8 hours.
