Please update the game frequently to fix bug, add new feature before player get bored and look elsewhere.

game is down to >8k players not even in top 100, game reviews are 55% positive, this game failed and i wont even buy it for 10 bucks in a few years, its on my ignore list and i will forget about it forever

The haste bottle went from 10% haste to 12% so it's a 2% ( well less than that to be honest ) increase. The main thing is that the gas clouds activate quicker making them easier to use vs before even if you chucked it max range while hasted you had to pause to collect it or you would pass it before it activated.

He gained a little bit of speed but mostly gained consistent uptime.

I am sick of these actual redditors defending this update. Cosmetics and unusuals were mostly ♥♥♥♥ with a few good additions. This update was not a success. And then there's still people defending this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ map bloat. At the time of writing this, I have been in the casual queue for the summer maps for 25 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ minutes. These maps are still new. Not everyone has played them and fully understands them. Why the ACTUAL ♥♥♥♥ should this be happening? This is pathetic. And Valve ♥♥♥♥ riders will die on the hill that this is fine. It's just a waste of hard drive space, this is actually ridiculous. Please explain to me why the community should be happy with this?

I put SCO drives on all my ships. Its fine for general use anyway, doesn't really need that compatibility unless you're aiming for distance stations/planets.

It's handy for other things, like chasing down other ships in SC. Your sensor range seems to increase the faster you go, so you can literally ambush-interdict people with an SCO optimized ship. A lot harder to do when you're fighting to keep your ship going in a straight line and burning through your fuel rapidly. You'll also be hard-pressed to avoid/outrun someone trying to interdict you in one of the newer ships if you're flying one of the older ones.

There are likely other creative uses for SCO that I'm not aware of... even the one I listed above was pointed out to me by someone else. My point was that by giving all ships SCO optimization, the older ones remain somewhat viable to use, despite being outclassed by the new ships in every other way. People will still buy the new ships for that reason alone.
