It's basically CTRL+C -> CTLR+V copy-pasting, isn't it?

I guess, it lets you highlight the section of whatever building you've made, and then add it to the blueprint library, from what I've seen.

That would be a great way to do blueprints

Even if you leave or finish the game you could still report people later. Go to Visual Codex - Past Runs - find the one you had - report people you want. Though you won't be able to see relics from there

Though situation does look like desync. Game is P2P, so just being stuck with boss doesn't mean they've cheated

The 'Visual Codex' is in the west wing library. One of it's tabs has a 'Results History' which displays all games you've played previously.
When examining that game, there's another prompt to go to the players. From there there's another button to file a report.
