Just reading the title of the video you posted. Apparently thats the name of the other guy's move.

It highlights which cargo items can be traded between two towns and shows you the other town's supply and demand.

Highlight a town on the map. If some of the goods are underlined, it means you can buy it here to sell it there, or buy it over there and bring it back to this town to sell.

Anways if ur scenerio was that after giving Sophie back to her mom and u tried to re-join her back to ur party, its 100% likely u just encounter Sophie's common bug in the game (1.5 version).

There are only 2 workaround here:

• Reload save and never giver her back (Only necessary if u want her around)
  
• Find & save Philippe in spore area and it will trigger you to remove a party member

when i wrote that i checked with and without any other mods except TR, i tried reinstalling but that didnt help, but now its even worse cuz whole mod just isnt working by some unknown reason, i reinstalled it now again and still doesnt work

I think I softlocked the game? I agreed to go to hillswatch and now after beating that monster at the Rivulet shrine, I need him back at that shrine, he isn't there

You have explained what is written in the enzyclopedia......this does not explain why the enemys constantly hitting with burst attacks over the whole map....and why the game is showing 100% Autohit = because of Burst attack.
