Honestly, I'm loving playing this game, but us mid-range rig users should be able to play on the lowest details without crazy performance hitches. For the most part, the bare minimum of 60fps at 1920 x 1080 is just fine, but frequent dips into the 54 or so range can feel unbearable in the heat of things, and it's just ruddy annoying at the absolute worst of times.

16gb RAM, an i7-9700KF (OC) and a GTX 3060 Ti, I absolutely understand is mid-range at best - but when it can still can run the likes of Shadow of the Tomb Raider and Metro Exodus on highest settings (sans RTX gubbins) as smooth as butter, there appears to be no excuse whatsoever for the kind of performance crash-outs that I haven't seen since 2042 in 128 player rush mode.

Not everyone has a monster crushing PC. In fact, not a single person I know IRL has a PC even as competent as my own, and some of them only bought one in the past 6 months.
If you want a huge player-base, then you MUST have the game playable on more middling systems. The likes of World of Warcraft and old-skool modified Quake-engine CoD became MASSIVE for a reason - any bugger could play them, because quality settings actually made a difference to playable performance.

It seems absolutely ridiculous when the game's own performance metrics show the GPU at barely 50%, whilst the processor could flame-grill a rutting buffalo burger in a concrete bap.

It's way past time to actually fix this otherwise marvellous engine to not trip over it's own sagging flaps whilst trying to dance as sexily as possible. Practically no-one even cares about "OMG, THE GRAFIKS" anymore, with so much unoptimised UE5 dross on the market, when a smoothly rendered experience, however less pretty than whatever Mega-Crysis of the moment looks, just feels *SO* much more engaging to play. And that's what we're here for. To PLAY the game. Not rub one out to the visuals after dropping a second-hand car's worth of cash on overpriced components slapped together by a crate of Taiwanese orphans.

I've always had the feeling that nu-DICE have purposely restricted just how low the graphics can actually go, for fears of some sort of perceived advantage, and to some extent, yes, low settings do help with general visibility (and a lot of serious players have *always* run low settings - 'cos I can recall playing Quake 3 Arena on 'pro' configs that made the game look like Lego blocks, simply in order to pull the maximum FPS possible), but ask yourselves this; who *really* has the in-game advantage - someone running 1080p on a 60htz monitor, or the enthusiasts dunking 2 - 3 grand on a God-slaying rig, playing at 4k on a 42" screen at 200fps?

Please consider a plea for sanity in these troubled times. Whereas I do plan to upgrade, there is no way in the bowels of Hades it's gonna happen for most people for the sake of playing one game, however good it may be. Thank you kindly for your consideration on this matter

Is the combat as punishing? Are the bossess as hard? I found the difficulty of dead cells a bit too much, will I enjoy this?

I bought the game and was looking for the soundtrack on apple music and didn't find it. Am I blind?

Logged back into NGs after a very long time, what happened? Barely any players, and the amount of microtransactions + new stuff. I went back to PSO and PSU

Imagine asking your playerbase to go and ♥♥♥♥ with their BIOS settings to play your game because you want to inject your anticheat (which doesn't even work, there are hackers in the BETA) into the deepest recesses of your PC where you effectively control and see how it functions. Absolutely massive L.

No I won't debate any of this with you people, because the usual "bUt yOu hAvE nOthInG to hIdE, jUsT gIvE thEM yOur dAtA" is annoying and retarded.

If you were on Experimental then that would explain it. There was a bug that made them temporarily invisible after leaving the training circle but it's fixed now.
