I'm not sure what this would entail from the modding end, but it'd be nice to not have to manually approve prison transfers (such as from max sec to med sec) since all I'm doing is checking a menu for whether I can press a button and then always pressing the button if it's pressable.

OP saying Cao Cao is like a better Liu Bei when Cao Cao literally "protects" Xu Shu's family. Cao Cao i s the lawyer who starts off in the right, then just starts using reason as an excuse to justify all the horrible ♥♥♥♥ that they subject other people too. Yeah, Liu Bet is portrayed as too idealistic and someone who allows themselves to be repeatedly screwed over, but at least he has morals. Cao Cao may as well be portrayed as an actual AI with the way that he acts in-game.
