i had no issues with the game since i started playing, except for like 3 times in mt. akiyama that i got the freezing. but today i clicked the game, it downloaded some resources and now the game just gets stuck at 71% loading resources in the launcher. the game doesn't even fully open. it just says loading resources. anyone knows how to fix this?

Many thanks for your answer. After many attempts I was able to switch to DX 12 and restarts the game . The situation improves a little bit but still random to get my mouse arrow working. I was not able to save or quit the game properly . So I do not know what the issue is as I can play with other games I have listed before. With DX 12 it is still difficult to select the menu .
