I haven't attempted all the freezing spells on him, but none of the light freezing spells have worked for me to freeze him.

I only beat him once using Angelus, and I snuck up on him and burned through his health before he could disappear. His drops weren't anything super special anyways. Dropped a bead I will probably not use with my build, but maybe something better will drop next time I am able to get him.

He also drops incantations.

soz for the delayed reply been off it for a week anyway to answer you there are 2 key part builds that require "must have" parts

1) stockmounted scanning system into T2 gives x2 xp on marked enemies
light weight grip T1 xp on reload
chevron charm into T3 and T4 gives increased mob spawn ( this is a MUST on both builds )
other parts for this build dont matter to much either ban as much as you can or focus on fire rate and reload to get as much xp as possible (however this will mean less blue drop whatever you prefer

2) sucker grip into T3 picking up credits gives xp
ammo rack T1 reloading spawns credits
again same as the last build other parts dont matter some would say parts that lower mag sizes increase fire rate or instant reloads will benfit both builds and yes this is very true but again less blue airdrops until very late run so that part i leave up to you.

Its not just Advent, TEC(expect for Sova/Dunov+reserve squadrons which allow instant rebuilding) has the same problem.

Heavy Fighters just seem to good currently, also Advent bombers don't seem to be shooting as much as they should. They seem to do far more damage to retreating units then if the unit stands still.

Feels like a bad choice to make such an important QOL upgrade only available at the end of the year, where we have the most limited income. If I'm short of the 15k but only by a few thousand that could have been augmented if we could farm in this season, that's an annoyance.

The super goofy skins are expensive, but a lot of the nicer cosmetic pieces are on the cheaper side or free rewards for doing challenges.
