Oh that's pretty. But I think both should have both sides to them, perhaps one is more pronounced than the other but it is still there, perhaps dormant in some ways, in some situations where it is not yet needed but it awaits in the dark. Think of the times when the stable one is ill or otherwise unable to provide that stability. Or should one perish before the other.

Definitely has Newtonian physics. In-game flight assist is a toggleable option, for translation and rotation separately, and translation assist is even removeable as a module in ship loadouts. Long acceleration times for slow ships and maintaining speed in space with thrusters off are definitely included.

Do you have an AMD GPU with an outdated graphics driver? We saw a problem like this a while back. If this is the case, the solution is to install the latest driver from AMD:

So for some reason my keybinds are all in the wrong spot after 10 years of playing this on PC, and halfway through the level the title theme blasts really loudly. Not sure what's going on with either but I hope it's fixed soon.

Found a bug:

Step 1 - Level 100 +
Step 2 - Buy drill zone 5
Step 3 - Buy transfer line zone 5
Step 5 - Upgrade: (Underground tank crude oil) to max (50 000L)
Step 6 - Fill: (Underground tank crude) oil to full
Step 7 - Buy the 800$ pumpjacks on drill zone 5
Step 8 - With underground full and the 800$ pumpjacks full (400L/400L)
Step 9 - The 800$ pumpjack have a full buffer and still have around 100L oil underground
Step 10 - Process crude oil to empty the 800$ pumpjack buffer
Step 11 - (BUG) The 800$ pumpjack doesn't restart (with still 100L underground)

I tried to restart the game, but the pumpjacks on drill zone 5 still didn't restart. I can't remove them and I can't restart them. (Bug? Or skill issue?)

The few enemy types are not actually that few, considering even with spiders there are several types of spiders, the same goes for every enemy group. That being said, a group of different spiders still feels like a group of the same enemies which is why the game feels that there are not many enemy types.

Regarding monsters dropping inappropriate loot like armor and equipment - what else would they drop? In TQ1 monsters dropped enchantment materials and this system is not present in the game. Would crabs dropping gold make sense? I agree the appropriate loot should make a return, just giving my thoughts why it's not currently in the game.
