Find a book seller and buy the Rogue book. When you click on it, it will disappear from your inventory. If you press 'k' you'll see that your character is reading it, and when he finishes it will reappear in your inventory and you can learn Rogue skills.

Admittedly, it can take a long time to run into people who play this game regularly since 2022, since they probably moved on. But hey, you never know... you could get lucky.
