Make sure your laptop is plugged in when playing. Set your battery options to High performance. Also set the game to use/run on your dedicated GPU in NVIDIA’s Control Panel. You can also set the GPU to use maximum performance in NVIDIA’s Control Panel or through Windows 11’s settings under gaming.

The other thing to keep in mind is unit stats, weapons, and surrounding conditions can have more of an impact than pure numbers. For example, there are some cases early on when CSA units will have a very high melee stat even though they only have 1*.

Also, why is there an INSANE spread on a stationary or tank round? you do understand that tanks don't "shake" like a human, right?!

If you live in the US he ripped you off about 1500 dollars minimum. I'd double check to make sure the 5090 itself was actually a legitimate one. I don't think there's anyone out there that has the knowledge to put together a PC that would ever put an RTX 5090 in a system with those other specs.
