The pacifier i'd actually argue is decent. Especially when people think the lib pen is good, and the pacifier is like an upgraded lib pen.

The Constitution is a deliberate joke weapon, I still struggle to believe how some can argue it's not the worst primary in the game.

Both Liberators are solid workhorses, and benefit a lot from weapon customization. They are nothing special, but certainly not bad. I've been running them on D10 recently and they do their job better than I initially expected. There are certainly better options available, but I never felt weak with them.
The Pacifier is generally a sidegrade to the Lib pen - it has a (sadly stunted at the moment) stun effect and a higher fire rate, but less damage per shot, slower reloads, and a smaller magazine.

The Punisher is a very reliable shotgun for punching a hole in just about anything up close, with effectively no downtime from reloading, and the choke upgrades allow you to do so from a greater distance while still benefitting from its high stagger value. It's generally outclassed by the Cookout (which is top-tier), but nowhere near a bad weapon.

Blitzer is a ridiculous stagger machine that ensures nothing smaller than a heavy can ever get close to you. Auto-aim so you can just snap in the general direction of enemies in rhythm while running around, and infinite ammo so you can fire it forever.
