Okay, so first off, there's the most obvious theory that Noelle is the angel. This makes sense in snowgrave, as banishing them to "the angel's heaven" would simply Noelle making her winter wonderland.

the prophecy doesn't say "banishing *them to* the angel's heaven", it says "banishing the angel's heaven". the heroes will get rid of the heaven itself

I've also seen gaster theories, but that doesn't seem right to me. Angel implies son of god, and therefore someone designed to do the work of the creator. Spamton talked a lot about heaven, but it seemed like he was seeking it a lot more than actually being the angel.

angel certainly doesn't mean or imply "son of god" in any earth religion so i'm not sure where you're getting that from

Vortex for racing and if you just wanna zoom and Orca for daily all rounder bike.

Remember you don't win the races with just the fastest bike you still need the right stats for Vortex, my runs were like 1 to 3 sec of the time without optimized stat for Vortex.

You almost would want these stats:

Max speed on boost, max speed, boost gauge increase.

Try Special Delivery on expert with QOL mods. Special delivery with bots is practically impossible so heres some that will help immensely. Some of these include (and these are all scripts) No fire damage, no friendly fire damage, "take, swap, give items to bots", left 4 bots 2, remove boomer vomit, and some weapon script upgrades. I suspect it'll give you a breath of a fresh challenge. Keep in mind that with these scripts you can only play with bots as far as I know, but I've completed all the maps twice using these mods and it's been awesome. Masochistic, but awesome.
