but there also some things i can hard agree with you
they recognize bring back stuff like 6vs6 format or even old heroes abilities like torbjorn armor pack and doomfist uppercut or even bastion tank mode and lootboxes, etc etc
so the playerbase who grow with these features will be motivated to return
also new things like perks or even the new third person mode stadium make people want to try these modes
But here some problems
some of them very obvious
in the early seasons of overwatch 2 most of the heroes has been locked by a paywall (pay 2 fast)
and character like kiriko, mauga not need a introduction
easy spam abilities like suzu or cardiac overdrive
big hitboxes
can make atrocious combos with other stomping-meta heroes like orisa or pharah
and well whats the biggest problem alongside that
the number 2 of overwatch 2
what the meaning of making a sequel if they dont continue their worldbuilding
the first game included a whole worldbuild with overwatch archives and explaining the background of the characters like blackwatch or even the first missions of tracer in kings row
so devs removed archives campaign just to make space for other "important" things
ow1 never left
instead of that
ow1 get replaced by a defective doppleganger

Figured out the problem with the unlocking, and one worm will rotate locations, but the other never moves. Maybe I just have to try to figure out how to kill the sandworm first?

The sandworm is literally about the easiest boss to kill. Take a poison pill (which has a lasting anti-poison affect, has to be the pill version). Then shoot it in the mouth whenever it roars. If you get close enough up to the body then when it suddenly lunges forward it may sometimes go right over your head. You don't take any damage.

Also try shooting it in the mouth when it lunges or retracts back, but that would require you standing directly in front of it and tanking the damage with super high tier armor. Composite armor with 2 x advanced armor plating (on chest and legs) for starters. Maybe scorpion armor which actually has even high damage resist then composite.

Not sure if you have the exotics to buy it, but the chacc shotgun is AMAZING for killing the sandworms. +60% shotgun damage and +25% critical damage. Pair it with the mercenary backpack and obsidian shotgun shells for even more shotgun damage.

I think it's the best shotgun in the game in my opinion. The trench shotgun you make in mission can have a mod added that gets it up to +30% damage and +25% crit. The trench shotgun does have 2 extra ammo cap (8 total), but I think the 6 shots of the chacc is already great. In boss fights it's more about waiting for the boss to be vulnerable (like when the sandworm opens it's mouth and roars). it's better to do max damage in the those few seconds. You will have plenty of time to reload in between those times.

There are very many different ways to play this game. That's one of its best qualities.
I still find myself with plenty of challenges after near 2000 hours invested.

The best advice with this, would be to follow a standard boss progression for your first playthrough, start in Classic.... (Controversial decision perhaps) but don't STAY in classic. If you feel more confident once you have a handle on things, if you feel like you need to raise the difficulty, then its not a crime to restart in expert. I really WOULD NOT recommend playing Master Mode as your first time in, though.

If the Wiki is your Best Friend, then youtube tutorials are your Mentor. The utility of some things are heavily overstated, but certain "farms" can be constructed that help IMMENSELY with certain resource gatherings.

Have patience and do your research. Especially good times to do this is while you're waiting for an event or waiting for daytime to come, or something like that. Use the in-game steam overlay browser (even tho its ass, it allows you to have fast reactions if you're watching a video in a small window you can keep an eye on your character)

I'd better stop or I'll end up writing a whole ass novel. Plus, the best thing about it for me is continuing to learn new stuff and how to apply it to my gameplay. So have fun with that :)
