I will start by getting the misconception out of the way. The PIDF isn't the police. They are mercenaries following contracts. Police answer to the local government which in an ethical system answers to the citizens. Mercenaries like the PIDF only answer to their hierarchy, and their clients. They are the villains chasing the bottom dollar that have also convinced themselves they are the hero's protecting the common citizen who's values they don't fully understand. This makes them ridiculously dangerous, because personally they can justify extreme measures on 2 counts and have nothing to really restrain them. My bet is they will encircle us on flying mounts possibly even focusing on electric/ice damage. In the system that will replace the current one losing to them will also come with a fine I mean their leader said it quite plainly.

Fly high enough, and they can't do anything. Remember each Pal has their own stamina bar so with 2 different flying pals you can fly indefinitely. It is also possible to simply outrun them they are on foot, and even teleporting in right next to you they still have to aim it is easy to reach a distance where you can physically dodge the bullets. Logging out also works, and so does letting them kill you in a safe space.

Lol I know they're not Police I was just being a bit sarcastic. My point is having a wanted system in this game just seems odd, out of place and it lacks purpose as well as lore. It's just there just to be there which to me personally is just annoying. This being said if playing with others and you encounter a griefer then I would be all for it. I tend to play solo and the wanted system serves no purpose to me except to annoy the Player.

Bought sc even only for this trash to not work and brick my pc and possibly even damage it.

Glass comes after salt production which is positioned in the tech tree to the right of Trains and Large Vehicles which you can't use if you don't have glass. Previously when you unlock something that requires other resources to make, such as steel, you unlock the technology needed to make steel through researching the thing needing the advanced materials.

This is hair splitting based primarily on the position of the icons. You can research glass before trucks - or trade for glass as suggested (which, IIRC, was the original thought behind this).

FWIW, even if devs rearranged the tech tree, moved trucks and trains to the right and linked it from glass, you'd research glass first anyway, which makes this a rather moot point.

I've also yet to find anywhere selling glass after finding 4 other settlements on the map.

You need to keep looking. My guy found it in 2nd settlement, it may take more. You will need to trade construction 3 for glass, usually as a quick trade. Which is why most just research glass first.

also when you open a menu/tab your fps got chopped by 50%, idk why
