Some of the custom mods, you may need to edit the config.blk file because some of the creators do not remove their code changes to this file when you remove the custom content.

There seems to be a trend to do it as part of the launcher or integrated in the app instead of separate files... Doom the Dark Ages also did this. Personally I'm not a fan bc of the usual DRM kind of issues... if you lose access on steam or the game for whatever reason, you lose access to the art and OST.

Just wish there would be more info posted about this so I can make a well informed decision when I buy, but at the same time... the game is good and I want to support it. Live and learn... I probably won't buy deluxe editions in the future.

I will play those games but some are inherently unplayable directly because the playerbase is insuferable or camp low level areas if there is like gear progression, it's still pathethic.

Well fortunately it seems to have already magically fixed itself. It might have something to do with the server maintenance they did the other day. After about 2 hours across a few play sessions it hasn't crashed at all. :D

Yeah i love power services vibes but sadly there isn't a way to get to it earlier as it'd make moving bases less painful. you can take away some pain by making the most of each trip by having a void chest + SUV for anything in the first 5 sectors. i use our first base in the cafeteria as a place to store armor items for if i ever wanted to transmog them.
