I have never had a dealer pass me a deal because they couldn't get there in time, I don't even get notifications for anything except the deals I personally set up. Seems like a bug that should go in the bug report sub-forum.

when will a just "save" button be added to the game menu, I need to save often to avoid losing my progress with a "rare sporadic crash" and don't want to play if when I save to menu the game crashes (but saves) I mean it's basically save and exit but doing that every 5 minutes is just sad

It's a visual bug- of the desync kind. Someone harvested it already, but since your comp didn't see it the sever side still reports it as being there.

This 100%. The patch on the 12th is supposed to fix this according to the notes. Phantom sand is just a player that was there before you. It could even be a node you harvested a little bit earlier, logged out, logged back in, and now see the spice again. Once the server clears it then you wont see it again even if you relog.
