Combat feels balanced enough that combat between enemies doesn't feel as spongey as, per say, DBZ Kakarot. The only time anything will feel particularly spongy will be optional boss fights that you're taking on in the story that are above your level, which is just a reason to grind on sidequests and improve your masteries. The game feels tactile and fun!

Almost every post I'm seeing here about this subject is not about Justice, but personal vengeance : most people are not mad about AAA Companies scamming gamers, they are mad about they being scammed - something COMPLETELY different.

And since they only care about personal vengeance, they don't care about splash damages at all - they just don't care if good people is going to be screwed or not as long they have their personal feeling of entitlement fulfilled by something that would harm however had hurt their little feelings.

they don't even pay for the license for easy anti cheat, they use the default one that comes with unreal engine, the free version.

Issue with that: It's paid except Epic Games themselves help you with installing it. Even try and help you properly tailor it to YOUR games needs, We're talking a professional integration of the Anti-Cheat to make the possibility of cheating extremely hard. The free version doesn't DO what it needs to so that Cheaters are handled with automatically via Anti-Cheat detection.

I've use EOS which comes with the exact same version of the EAC that they use. I know what it can and cannot do and they aren't getting the actual package from it. DBD makes plenty for them to pay for the FULL Package. They just wont, they refuse to like they refuse to re-code the game and listen to the community when they should like on Live Streams. I've spent the better part of a week going right back through the history of BHVR and it's pathetic because almost every issue they have relates to them being an arrogant, tunnel visioned company. AAA Games will pay attention to their community more, The game HAS gotten a bit better since release but it takes months to YEARS for them to do anything, even the most basic of things.

Nerf Pig was an entire Meme because they hated Pig and kept nerfing her and just bullied the character to hell and back, Freddy is a joke of an inclusion in the game and does pretty much nothing from what I can get, The game is sided to one role because they must find it too hard to try and balance both accordingly based on Feedback and their own internal information. It's insulting that nobody has had the balls to make an alternative to DBD so they can't just prance around and just ignore frustration from the community and even their own creators, They do not care about you or anything you do. They don't even care about your money, They do what they want and if it harms you? Too bad, you don't have an alternative, your just a punching bag they can take a few hits on.

the wiki isnt a "source" its a biased tool ran by ark fanatics ofc nothing bad would be posted there, ive been playing since the game since it came out too. if you read other sources youd know this information.

I guess this is how the game tries to say that it is a spaceship battle simulator first, not an asteroid mining simulator.

That being said, iron asteroids are usually chock full of iron, and you can also get a lot of iron plates from graveyards anyway. Gold and tritanium are in abundance, and carbon is never needed in large quantities. That leaves copper and uranium. These two are a problem. Copper especially, since it is needed in thousands even for medium ships. And uranium is needed for nuclear rockets. So if anything needs to be rebalanced - it's these two. If copper was as abundant as iron it would make the life of asteroid miners so much easier. But as I said, I guess the game gives us a hint that we should get our components by other means.
