ICE is ramping up its force because Biden let up to 20 million illegals into the United States in 4 years. That's 400 full stadiums worth of illegals.

Blame Biden for creating the problem, not ICE.

I have the same problem on a Deck LCD.
The game does load correctly in Desktop Mode, as a workaround.

No, not items gained in the DLC, other than Sarahs gas tank.
I understand you can earn patches in the new DLC modes. I believe they carry over to the main game, but do not have any perks attached, the are purely cosmetic.

The perks for rings and patches have always carried over to the main story game, from when challenges were added to the game.

not the rings. Just the patches from the Challenge modes.
Game play applicable bonuses:

• Challenge Mode Patches are Functional+Cosmetic
  
• Challenge Mode Rings do nothing, have't spotted them on Deacon in the campaign, and the equipped ones (focus return on kill with Focus Consumable active does nothing in the campaign, bonus seconds of stealth shooting after a melee stealth kill doesn't do anything either, neither do the bike ones, or the ammo piercing one ring)
  
• Horde Mode Gas Tank is Functional+Cosmetic
  
• Horde Mode Patches are Cosmetic

You already have heretic + hexen, reload steam.

I found it! The upgrade had downloaded, but it was in the 'Uncategorized' section of my Steam library.

I tried but there is NO option anywhere to continue as endless.
