Delta Force as a game is not bad. I've put a couple of hundred hours in it.
Unfortunately, the amount of cheaters in every match make it unplayable.
At the end, the team with more cheaters wins.
If you want to play the game which works like that, then by all means install it and play DF.

The game is rubbish, i cannot navigate the Ui, no mouse input, cannot calibrate the wheel, the game sucks. oh and it crashes

Nevermind, if you do the Bo Ending, you can technically avoid the emperor from being revived because he's stuck as a dragon monster.

The game already automatically scales to player count, except for apocalypse difficulty. which turns on all enemy spawns. Plus there's a lot sliders you can with play and tinker with, to change it to your liking.

No mechanical bosses, but there are threats that are mechanical. Both metaphorically and literally speaking.

Yes you can have pets.

Now for moddability, that depends on what you think great is. I've seen firearm overhauls, animation replacement, model replacement for foe and friend alike, and various tweaks to mechanics and stats. But nothing major yet, as it's likely still trying to find it's footing when compared to games like Skyrim and Stardew Valley.

At first launch in Steam I logged in with my old Bazaar (Tempo) account, now I have created another account with another name and I would like to play with it. So can I log out my old Tempo account and log in with my new Tempo account in Steam?
