In a way, yeah. You could call it a forced 50% winrate. But really it just shows whether you're actually good, or if you're being carried by your team. A smurf in a low tier game will absolutely stomp, 90% of the time, regardless of how bad their team is. Because they're just that much better. They understand the game better and they play more efficiently. They know how to have impact. If you're truly as good as you think you are, then you'll win those seemingly hopeless games. This is what seperates good players from great players. Being able to claw at that 1% difference. 51% is all you need to climb.

Would a smurf also stomp from pos 4/5?

If not, then by this logic I can never rank up as a support player?

Now to be frank, I don't have expertise to say what would be considered "fair share" here but 7000 dollars is still something considering many MAGA Republicans claiming that they don't pay any taxes at all.

After delete it, you can try set shadow quality to high, and try if anything changed, or switch all the graphic setting to high and see if anything changed. So I have already posted about encountering this problem and I tried this fix. It hasnt worked. I have HP all in- one 24-dp1xxx, 11th Gen Intel (R) Core(TM) i7, RaM 16 Gb, Maybe its because it has built in graphics card?

Thank you for your feedback. This could be the reason, a Nvidia Graphic card will be the best option, but we are still trying our best to investigate what caused that problem on graphic card from other brand.
