So when are the Mecha BREAK apologists going to flock to this forum to justify their gooner game too?

Can't imagine why fans of a pvp mech game would show up here, the only real reason why some Warframe and first descendant players are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ at each other is because the two games are actually similar in genre and playstyle.

The jump between PoI difficulty levels is pretty large, personally I'm hesitant to do troublesome PoI:s until I feel quite strong just because unless I'm careful I could just get surrounded and die surprisingly fast.

I play the early part of any character in a very cheesy way, I always start with leadership and level it super hard early on. Followers are very good early on although they can fall off during the midgame until they get enough gear to catch up. Followers also give you a massive boost to your inventory space, and I know this sounds super cheesy but I just chop tons of wood to sell it and get enough money for an early settlement. I make a settlement in a savannah with Candelabra trees, I populate it so it sustains itself and makes Candelabra logs which I then sell with trade caravans. The logs are worth tons of money and this let's you get basicly infinite money early on.

If you want to start doing PoI:s then I suggest making good leather armor with elephant leather, it's easy to get because you can have hunters in a settlement gather it for you, I would not recommend fighting elephants super early on. Getting good weapons can be a bit harder but I would recommend orc settlements, there is a good one handed axe that a don't remember the name of. Late game I think the Dao sword is the best, I'm partial towards swords because of the perk that gives an extra weapon slot but honestly super lategame is so easy with a powerful character that you should have no issues doing any dual wielding. I don't know how good one handed weapons with shields or two handed weapons are lategame but both have situations where they are useful early on because your weapon selection is generally much more limited.

The next step it to establish settlements to bring in every resource I would ever need, I generally tend toward martial characters so I want the high end runes which require a lot of different mats, I don't remember them all but it's easy to check. You can if you really want to, become absurdly powerful without ever doing a PoI but some resources are basicly PoI exclusive, or at least they used to be, I don't know if maybe they have been added somwhere else.
