These are only my views but, well.
I think jia qiu would be weaker than unstarves don quixote
Don quixote had a pretty fair match against Bari, which means it is more or less reasonable to assume they are on the same level of strength
Bari is likely a colour fixer, or atleast has the strength of a colour fixer, which, we can see from roland's rampage, is able to wipe out almost 1/4 of a finger (you can argue about roland not being a colour but that just means colours are even stronger, and thus Bari and Don qui
Meanwhile Jia qiu is merely having an advantage over a thumb capo. Obviously he has the advantage, but he is still not beating lei heng, lei heng only admits his defeat after the 12 sinners arrive. I see no reason for Jia qiu to hold back against lei heng and keep him alive until the sinners return either. While lei heng is likely stronger than your average capo, I still doubt he is as strong as an entire branch. There is also red mist casually soloing multiple proxies and messengers from the index at the same time, which Im gonna assume them combined is decently stronger than lei heng.
Tl;dr, jia qiu >~ lei heng < south middle branch/5 messengers + 2 proxies < colour fixer ~= bari ~= don qui, in my opinion
Jia Qiu is a color fixer tho
There are zero mentions of jia qiu being a colour fixer.
The only reason this speculation even exist is because roland mentioned "jade qilin" once, and i guess Jia qiu has some relation to jade as hong lu is the jade of hong yuan.
Also, jade is usually depicted as a green-ish colour, which Jia qiu is not even close, he has much more of a red/orange and black shade.
You could say "he will become green after activating ego!" But then red mist and red gaze, which are the only 2 proven colours who have ego, are already red before even using ego. Kali turns people into a fine red mist while also wielding a blood red sword and has red hair, and verg has a red-orange sword while having his, you know, red gaze.
Plus, Jia qiu is a pinky, and while pinkies are "undercover" dudes so ig it is harder to know they are a pinky, I doubt the Hana Assoc. would be unable to figure that out and just take away his fixer liscense, since as far as I remember you cannot be a fixer if you are already a part of a syndicate.
I also heavily doubt a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pinky, again dudes who are supposed to be undercover, would go as far as making his nickname known by lots of people. Lei heng goes up to being a capo sure but there are plenty of other capos in the thumb. But having a unique nickname for yourself is a whole different story- people can and will try to find out whats behind you, which makes staying undercover as a pinky pretty much impossible. Remember that they will have meetings every once in a while and it is very hard to not find out he is a pinky if one simply goes to stalk him.

Hiya! I'm still around checking the forums, I think I should start by pasting a section of our "What To Expect From Full Release" announcement from right before the game was launched, as it gives important context:

"One last thing I wanted to be clear about is that we will be going into full release rather than early access. We've had a long process to finally get here, but early on we committed to creating a fully fledged game with a ton of content before charging money for it. I know many players have been scarred from abandoned early access games and false promises, so we wanted to be sure to avoid any of that. We will be patching the game and adding new content in the future as well, but we got the game into the finished state we envisioned and don't want future promises to be the reason anyone decides to buy the game."

To be clear, the game was never tagged as Early Access at any point and our plan and communication from the beginning was to create a full game (1.0) launch (for us that was an 18 month plan to get from beginning to release rather something like 8 months to get into early access and then the rest to get to full release). I know opinions can vary on what people prefer, but as a person who plays a lot of games, my own opinion is that I generally hate the idea of Games as a Service and certainly for our first time releasing a game I didn't want to be selling people on an idea/promise of what they're buying rather than just having it available from the jump (I've been on the other end of buying into early access games that are abandoned several times and hate it).

I understand if an Early Access route is more appealing to some people though, it just isn't what we wanted to go for. We ended up doing content updates after release because we really just wanted to and quite frankly the awesome response and positivity from players really motivated us to try out some more ideas. I guess the reason we didn't put out a statement of "there will be no more updates" is that we never had plans to put more in, and when we did work on updates, we were going day-by-day instead of having some cutoff point defined. For us this was extras we would think up and wanted to add in, not part of some timeline with an end point. We didn't tell ourselves that any specific update is going to be the last one, but since the last update we've been happy working on a new game and haven't yet had a strong urge to look for more ideas for PNR. Hope this can help clear some things up, though I understand if you still would've liked something to be done differently.
