lol except that a lot of them have made it into the game and I play Starfinder Society so I can play any one of those races, some might cost points I have to earn to play them, but they are all viable. I've already seen some of them as NPCs too. There's a Apostae elf Starfinder already.

lol except starfinder society isn't a video game... we're talking about a video game here. You actually have to make the models and animate them. That stuff costs time and money.

I wouldn't be surprised if not even the 12 core rulebook ancestries would be adapted, and people are talking about adding supplement races ? let's be realistic about how a video game is made.

We are realistic, thats why at least one large PC race should be in the game, so that the maps are already laid out for large PCs and its possible to add more of them through DLC.

This is the new norm today. SInce COVID and the HUGE losses to the games industry -layoffs and studios closing (still to this day) Publishers are dropping loss makers or those that go past budget or release dates

There seems to be some kind of bug with the poison mechanics. Every time the player or death receive poison damage, the dice take way too much time to appear on the table. Up to 20-30 seconds on occasions. When playing with poison damage, it gets really annoying really fast. Otherwise, great demo.

You're not making any sense by just saying that and expecting people to know what to do about it. That's like putting a blindfolded person in a maze filled with pits and expecting them to solve it.

It's really not, you're overreacting. And that's not what I said at all.

I'm not "expecting you to know what to do about it", you are already doing what you need. Just pretending not to and that not doing the 2 minutes of connecting a payment option to your account is in any conceivable way what is actually stopping you from impulsive purchases. It's not.

But go off if you want to be hostile to people just trying to help I guess. I don't know why you made this post though if you just get offended over very common sense responses like that. Are you here to actually discuss anything or just make a blogpost and look for yes-men?

I'm "offended" because you're spewing out useless jargon that doesn't mean anything. What am I supposed to do with "face your problems head on" or "build your confidence"? Like I wouldn't be so "hostile" if you offered specific suggestions like "go to the gym" or something like that but you're expecting something so vague and widespread as "face your problems head on" to be this lightbulb on someone's head like it's a looney tunes clip.

I don't care if it's common sense, it's the not the be all, end all of advice that you can give to anyone and magically make them better. Stuff like gambling addictions, overeating, smoking, alcoholism, etc. are very real and serious things that can't be solved with common sense. They need specific solutions for people to overcome them.

But fine, creating a burner account isn't going to magically work for everyone because like I said, everyone is different but it sure is a better solution than "facing your problems head on" since you can play the game while ignoring having to put your bank details in and you wouldn't want to have good items on a burner account but like it said, that isn't going to magically work for everyone but it's better advice than "facing your problems head on".

But sure, I'm overreacting and only looking for yes men if that's what you want to believe.

i've liked everything the new update has but the health system, it's too RNG, i went though 5 bandages and 2 medkits before it was fixed, i do think some medical items should be RNG but things like medkits should ALWAYS work

the injures are FAR worse for us then it it is for the enemy, i think injures might be better in tiers, first time leg is is a debuff, next time it is hit it becomes a a damaging debuff, the third tier is a massive damaging debuff with massive negatives, any higher it is limb loss.

some weapons like melee should be able to inflect tier 2 injuries while guns are always tier 1s, a crit should increase the injure tier by 1, special gimmick weapons have their own tier damage with the saw weapons being tier 2 like melee

overall this feels more fair to the player and for the enemy, but if the devs don't want this i'd still love it if you made medkits and other strong medical items ALWAYS work, 100% chance to heal injury.
