Not buying. Was on the fence during the first weekend. Unfortunately I have a decade of experience having EA lie to me and make terrible products. So it was pretty easy to be cautious and pay even a fragment of attention to see this is another BF2042.

The giga chad response to 4 flashlights is putting on Shadowborn, benefit from their hubris instead of blocking it entirely. Let them blind you at pallets it only strengthens your resolve. Use basic game knowledge to counter pickup blinds. But lightborn being able to counter an item with 100% efficiency is just kind of stupid, I like the shadowborn approach to item balance instead.

lol. you guys.

finished the game, enjoyed every minute of it, including the story, and glad i bought it. hopefully devs will have fixed the non-inverted-Y-climbing-camera issue soon, and in a few months i'll fire it up again to get closer to completion.

i will say though that to fully appreciate the story, you gotta have more than an adolescent level of maturity. so i guess ultimately the folks screaming "WOKE" and parroting somebody else's talking points - sometimes quite eloquently - wouldn't get anything out of the game, if not for the reasons they think. so, carry on, i guess.

Same, repaired 2200 points before the problem start and tried doing the challenge for 4h straight afterwards. I would easily make it, but game doesn't allow me to

This game is still buggy af. Me and a friend jumped on for the event and the hotel area tanks your frames and when I went to wear the backrooms outfit it teleported me to the rooms wall and glued me to it. Kept rubberbanding to the same spot. Left the game to rejoin and it keeps loading me into an empty endless foggy area I can run forever in like the loading area in Assassins Creed. My friend left the game to reload the save to an earlier point only for him to be now spawning in this endless grey room. So that means we wasted our time and now have to start a new game only for what? to maybe happen again? This is why we stopped playing in the first place. FIX YOUR CO-OP. rant over.
