Thanks for the screen shot. I can confirm. Uploadded a screen shot of location and as lohh55 says, includes at least 1 more location along route. I was traveling south and turning east (left) on a green light. Got the ignored traffic light warning message. Who knows where to officially report this as the devs probably don't read this forum?

Tab>Right click>choose player
