Don't know where you find cheaters, didn't encouter one of them after more than 100 hours of multiplayer. I have something like 1400 elo.

PvP needs to be optional and fun. If fun, people will chose to engage at times. If not optional, people will quit.

The underlying issue is that the dev team responsible for balancing is obviously still afraid of giving us too much of an edge, or making stuff too powerful. The exosuit you mentioned is the perfect example of that; it is less a combat mech and more a mobile, fragile, player-controlled turret.

It is not as bad as it wa shortly after launch, where our primaries were all super soakers, Chargers and Titans were ridiculously durable, and Bots had pinpoin accuracy across the map with their rockets, but the tendency to generally "undercook" new additions to our arsenal is definitely still there.

include the absurdly low quality of nowadays games compared to back when they got released and HAD TO WORK out of the box and you really don't have to wonder about people sticking to sales and still complaining about garbage quality, once a developer adds in cashgrab DLC it's even more obvious and if they actually cut out content the game had before just to re-sell it as far overpriced DLC then yea, tar and feather them out of town like they deserve...

Damned shame how many game forums I'm seeing similar debates on and the number of more recent games I've relegated to my storage drive, this one included.

Hey sorry for bumping the thread so long after it was created but I have the exact same question.
I'll consider Veylox's answer and keeping psychite dependency/producing it for its buffs. However the two raiders that I've captured (one became my pawn) will die if deficiency reaches 60 days without ingesting it (30 days = coma). How can I cure that?
I know you can cure alcohol dependency by going cold turkey but it doesn't seem to apply there.
