Some one please explain how this demo is better than most games out today... just WOW, Art, music, presentation and mechanics, all working in great succession to the previous games in the series. Can't wait for the full release. Should be interesting. (comix Zone, Zillion, Beyond Oasis or Jet Set Radio next !! )

We have been getting similar reports, but can't really replicate the issue ourselves. Seems to work for most people currently. Could you maybe try clearing your browsers cache?

So far I my main points of critic are:
- Attributes need to have secondary effects, otherwise some attribute choices don't matter at all. Additonally once you reach the requirement for items, having + knowledge or might on an item, literally does nothing.
- divinity points should be a choice and matter somehow.
- default attack replacers for combat classes
- more interesting passives with conditions
- weapon type specific passives, not just +%dmg all the time.
Right now the some class passies are nearly identical copies, with different dmg types
The modifiers are supposed to make the difference, but some of them are identical as well
- summons shouldn't be only in some later released mastery, but the others need one as well, so combinations become viable.

And what the ♥♥♥♥ is up with crit chance ? I hit like 60% around level 10.

I been searching with no luck for a way to reduce the PC mirror image or black it out completely.

On other VR games (ats/ets2, Aerofly 4, Elite Dangerous) there are settings in game to reduce the image size and FPS or in the case of ETS2/ATS blank it out completely.
It has a significant positive effect of performance.

Does anyone know if the devs for ITR and IRT2 are planning on implementing any similar controls

I'd rather not have that. It's a question whether you value min-max over immersion. I wouldn't want this game to go down the Paradox lane so that everything is an obvious ratio, % or else. That would harm the immersion into Middle Age decision making imo.

With respect to how to tame each type of dino, this website is hugely important: https://www.dododex.com/taming/pteranodon It tells you exactly what you need to tame each type of dino. Note that it defaults to level 150.

In the beginning, a bola can be used to prevent small dinos from running away or be able to attack you. https://ark.fandom.com/wiki/Bola However, some dinos on that list require that you only feed them to tame them, which may require sneaking up on them.

But in general, you'll be using a ranged weapon, like a bow or rifle using special tranquilizer ammo to knock the dino out. At first they, will try to kill you, then most will run away. Either way, odds are that the most useful dino's might spawn in an area where aggressive dinos might also exist. In that case, you need to learn to build structures to trap them. A simple one is a 3x3 walled, with foundations underneath each wall, ramp on one side (outside of the strucute) and a small door on the other. Shoot the dino with a tranq arrow, run to ramp, jump into the structure, then run through the door.

In the case of dinos like therizins who never run away, build a cage made of pillars, spaced far enough apart that you can fit through them, but the therizin can't, or otherwise get to a place that it can't reach you. Therizin's are ridiculously easy to tame compared to their utility. Unfortunately, you can't make a saddle for them until you've reached level 69, but until then, they make good guard dogs.

Flying dinos can also pick up wild dinos and drop them to a safer place to tame them, but each one has a weight limit on the dinos that they can pick up: https://www.dododex.com/capabilities/carry
