Unforunatelly, this game was tailor-made for Japan where people spend the majority of their lives travelling long hours to work and making a lot of money by working long hours at the cost of social life. So they have no qualms about spending a lot of cash as they see this as the reward for their daily grind.

Kinda bad, even with 40s card this game has issues, cities are laggy, game is buggy, that crash in character creator still exists and wasnt fixed.

It might run nicely for you, but it definitely falls into that garbage console port category. So dont expect much.

You can also spend 80 hours digging through bios and registers to get 3 fps boost and cancer from visiting reddit.

It’s actually the mouse polling rate causing the stutters.
On my system the game was unplayable until I lowered the polling rate, and it completely cleared up once I set it to 125Hz.

Seems like UE4-based games really don’t like high polling rates (1000Hz / 500Hz). If you’re getting constant stuttering, try dropping your mouse to 125Hz — it fixed everything for me.

You can get elected for emperor from outside of the HRE if you are egible, (Spain is a common example for the achievement 'electable!') but there is a malus of -50 for non HRE nations making emperor nominations more difficult.

You would need a
- Capital in europe super-region
- Christian denomination (ideally aligning with egible electors/dominant faith) or the HRE is at religious peace
- HRE land can only be added if the faith requirements meet, so there should be a 'territory trail' of converted provinces leading to your capital.

Forcing your way into the HRE is forcing electors to vote for you by vassalizing them, which is a integral part of the 'Three times the Rome' achievements, emperor of china, emperor of the hre and emperor of Russia.

Destroying the most egible imperial might just remove the likeliest contenders but you probably want your vassals to not rebel from AE relation malus and be interested in voting for you.
