your dismissive mindset here probably comes from the fact from the ammount of junk creations there is within the communities fandom which just isnt all that preventable (workshop ends up like that regardless)

you can just use gamejolt and other similar sites for those experiences though. a steam workshop just isn't the place for this

thats true. just doesnt make the idea of implementing a workshop making modding more accessible for the average user and having a more official place for modding support isnt a bad idea on its own

just the limitations within workshop mods doesnt really work well for undertale in particular making something like gamejolt the only real option (not really familiar with undertale modding)

Whenever I attempt to join a friends session through steam I am met with a "please wait, joining session" message that usually results in disconnecting back to the main menu. I've tried launching as administrator, verifying files, and disabling overlays. No luck so far. Any help would be appreciated!
