I haven't played Baldur's Gate 3 for a year, and I reinstalled it today to play again. But now I'm experiencing severe FPS drops from time to time — normally I play at around 80–100 FPS, but it sometimes drops to 20 FPS or even freezes the screen. I never had this issue before, not even once. Does anyone have a solution? It's really frustrating.

Lots of kids disguised as boomers here, I noticed.

the protecting children part is just a cover they really just want to censor stuff they don't like and get more information out of social media. what I've seen some Wikipedia Pages have been censored as well as a lot of posts about protests. Twitter already has age verification so far it seems pretty easy to trick but still give it a year or two and it'll be harder to trick.

they are censor in quite a bit of porn but while they're at it they're also trying to censor some of their own past screw-ups.
also as I mentioned before if you're a good parent or you're worried about this stuff you would know how to use the different parental locks that are on a majority of devices these days.

It's not a cover at all. They aren't censoring anything.
As I said before.. the first part is about accountability. They have made it so people are accountable for threats and harm to others.

The second part is not censoring adults, it's about making sure that children do not have access to adult material. How that is achieved is up to the company, not the government. If a company wants to hide stuff then that's their choice. They obviously don't want to implement age verification. That's up to the company.

They are not censoring their own screw-ups. I have no idea where you got that from. Yet another conspiracy theory.

Seriously, the people making this stuff up really need to get a life.

No one knows what Valve will do. It's up to Valve. In theory they could ask for age verification. My guess is that they won't.

On the contrary... Now I will buy it!

There's enough single player only games. Not every game needs to be solo only.

Also, if it has coop, it has solo, so it's not like you will be prohibited to play alone.

Some of the best games out there feature co-op, like Baldurs Gate
