it doesn't because it's always obvious.. I reckon the main difference is similar to a lawyer listening to some possible conviction or any story about possible crime, versus perhaps a homeless on the street trying to fathom how law and a prosecution would work.

software developers know exactly, step by step, what is required to cheat: how people cheat, how they are not caught and what cheaters can do to deceive some - clueless usually, watching them.

we also know any process running on the client can always be cracked - it's a matter of time between a developer to get an executable and reverse, nothing else.. we have one method that works, which is, to modify the binaries A LOT in a very short time making it impossible for people to reverse engineer in time.

Ubisoft did this for a month on R6:S and had extremely good results.. they were so good game active population decreased around 50-60% and Twitch viewership was close to zero, all active people complained about something not related and stopped.. - as soon Ubisoft turned QB off, game population was back and so streamers.

Usually the npcs working fine but there are also the worst case scenarios like : getting out of the vehicle nothing spawned yet ... suddenly out of a bush 8! YES 8 NPCS ! getting out and starting blasting you. Pray its not lvl3 npcs because its the secound issue which will happen to anybody but its rare.
Got your endgear and feel completely save against npcs ? Well They "CAN" 1shot you, doesnt matter what helmet you got, you just get 1shotted lose 12% helmet durability no visible shot nothing poof dead deathscreen gg go get ur gear back waste your time and pay.
This happened already the 2nd time and it will happen again.

whether its eomm or not.. if you peel back the systems they have in place, its just major skill disparity..

it shoves undeserving players into plat rank with chrono shields, it resets former GM/Celestial players into gold/plat again on seasonal resets, and you deal with rampant smurfing, which only creates a huge skill disparity within the "same" ranks. playing this game feels like flipping a coin on your teammates competency rather than actually playing with similar skilled teammates, losses are frustrating because of this, all this system and design does is breed toxicity within the player base, then they punish you for lashing out when the game sets everyone up for failure in the first place.
