Report the thread saying it didn't need to be locked because it is still as relevant today as it was then. On top of this, the image links cannot be fixed while the thread is locked.

Still, as I posted at the time, should probably be a guide anyway. Then those pesky mods can't lock something for being old even when it is still relevant.

No, I saw through the hype right away, and called the hype out in some cases, and questioned how people can be so mindless as to think Battlefield is back based on this beta.

I have no clue how so many bought into it, just because it featured modern warfare, a disgusting desaturation like Battlefield 3, and UI colours reminiscent of Bf4. Those things don't make a game (the desaturation and UI don't even look good, but awful), and this game clearly is not Battlefield. This is clearly a Call of Duty-Battlefield hybrid, leaning more towards Call of Duty, while using the Battlefield name.

Stopped playing this game over a year ago due to multiplayer disconnections and host migration problems with friends. This was a big issue and had it's own giant thread here. I haven' come back since after posting about it and seeing not much progress. I just saw the announcement now about Ashes II and am curious if that original de-syncing / host migration bug was squashed? Friends and I would play, and like clockwork 30-60 minutes we'd have this issue and that was it.
