Whenever I try creating a VirtualTexture and import the textures i receive an Error:

is the issue caused because i don't have all DLCs checked? because when turning off EAC, the game runs (suprisingly fine for a low end hardware, if being honest) just fine...

already tried most common sense solutions, including:
Attempting to get rid of people behind EAC
Verifying game files
Manually reinstalling this mess of Anti-Cheat from game files.

Additional notes: The only DLCs i have checked are:
Halo: CE Anniversary
MCC - H1: Extended Language Pack
MCC - H1: Multiplayer
