The combat quickhack has to come first. Then the non-combat one.

As tbloyzz said, It doesn't say how strong or which tier the non-combat quickhack needs to be. A simple Tier 1 Reboot optics for 2 RAM will do. If you have the Queue Hack_Root perk, which reads "−1 RAM cost for the first quickhack of each unique category (Covert, Combat, Control) second or later in the queue.", it will even cost just 1 RAM.

My favorite combo for absolutely annihilating enemies from cameras is Memory Wipe T4, Cyberware Malfunction T5, Short Circuit T5. Sometimes I add the aformentioned low-cost Reboot Optics for the boost to end the queue. You can drop someone without initiating trace right next to their buddy. With enough RAM capacity, or with Overclock, you can take out entire groups of enemies in Stealth without initiating trace or even getting "body found, enemies alerted" because there's no one there to alert anyone, lol.

Tetratronic Rippler MK. 5 is one of the best cyberdecks, if for no other reason that it has the highest RAM bonus, and it even scales with upgrades for a massive total of 20 additional RAM.

The other bonus, boosting weapon damage to enemies affected by a non-combat quickhack by +15%, is also not to be ignored. If you don't feel like netrunning a combat encounter and want to have some pew-pew fun, all you need to do is upload a Tier 5 Iconic Ping which costs 4 RAM, affects all enemies in range and lasts for 34 seconds, then activate Overclock and whip out your favorite smart weapon. +15% doesn't seem like a lot but when you add it to the +25% damage from Smart Synergy (which I believe is procced by and quickhack), you're now talking +40%. With a Tier 5++ Smart Weapon with some good mods... it's frag time.

And while we're at it: Is there support for 4:3 ratio?

TBH, I like it more this way, as with ATV provided from the start, you can just drive all around, pickup all tech blueprints in like 30 mins and then build a base without a need to ever go to explore more.

Game is more balanced if you start on foot and play your way up to benefits.

Regarding this specific bug: "- Near the final form of the Stage 3 boss, small bosses may occasionally fail to appear, making clearance impossible." I need a little more detail. We're working on this boss because of other bugs we've noticed, but this one with the smaller heads hadn't happened yet. Did anything strange happen before? Did one of the two larger heads stop firing the Laser from its forehead and just keep the image static?

I looked into it a bit, and I think it happens when you instantly kill the first form (one body) during the split. Anyway, it seems to happen more often when the player's attack (DPS?) is high.
By the way, I confirmed this by playing with a barbarian as the leader.
