You can get match history by using a tracker app. Wizards won't add it, this is their way of supporting fan sites.

As for seeing opponent's deck, that's a bad idea. You are thinking about casual Magic, but Arena is a competitive environment. Some (quite rare, but still) players innovate, and profit from their deckbuilding skills. Seeing their deck after the game would take this advantage away from them.

I mean I don't agree with the "Wizards won't add it, this is their way of supporting fan sites." Wizards are shown to be one of the most greedy selfish companies out there. They wouldn't support a fan site out of the goodness of their heart.

Honestly considering how stale the game has been with 90% of players just using whatever one of the top 5 meta decks are according to the internet in the past what? 5-10 years? Most players won't copy someone's original deck because the internet doesn't confirm it's "meta" and honestly as you said yourself "Some (quite rare, but still) players innovate" What is wrong with someone copying someone's deck that is an innovation? It opens up the frankly stale ranked matches. (Also with the number of players who do make their own decks being so few it's not like the game would suddenly be flooded with their original decks and I don't even think it's possible to go vs a mirror match in Arena in the years I've played I've never had it happen)

I make all my own decks and frankly if I played and won or even lost vs someone and then somehow saw them using my deck later on I would be so happy and proud that someone thought my deck was good enough to succeed in ranked with.

I never said they do it out of the goodness of their heart, it's actually a shrewd financial move. Bolstering the community, giving players the feeling of engagement with the game, will grow the player base. Fan sites and sites like untapped are really good for the game, and therefore for Hasbro finances.

About deck innovation, you seem to more on the casual side. Competitive players would hate the idea of their deck being made visible to opponents, unless it was something like the open decklists tournaments. New competitive lists are secret, tested in-house, and brought out for the big tournaments.
