Its kinda RPG like mass effect sort of, the only real difference is there is no hardcore character generation.. Its just customisation.

I seems to have some Bloodlines 1 characters in it.

How is this an RPG where choices have minimal impact? This is an action game with shallow RPG elements. In other words, it is absolutely not VtM. It's not even a spiritual successor. If you played the actual TTRPG VtM and the original Bloodlines. You will see why Roleplaying is the very soul of VtM.

It's a survivors job to do everything they can to survive. Expecting that someone is just going to run to the killer is completely ridiculous. They're called SURVIVORS for a reason.

This is a far stretch argument. Besides that, this is also a video game. There is a reason why it has certain mechanics to prevent certain things from happening. The logic of "but I'm a survivor" doesn't matter. It comes down to what is healthy for the game. You aren't surviving when in either 4 seconds or 4 minutes you're dead either way. The only thing you're doing in that situation is wasting time.

I have a lot of mods added.
I'm seeing a strange issue where some people/animals (from trade caravans, quest groups that join my colony temporarily, etc...) get stuck on map and won't leave. They end up starving to death.
Second issue I'm seeing I think is related to RimHUD. It works fine for awhile, but then will always stop working. Even after I somehow get it started again, it will always stop working after awhile ingame. Anyone know how to fix this? I like clicking on a person and automatically seeing all their stats right there.

I wanted to do military weapons, but those abilities are really... boring. I was expecting some cooler weapons, like sci-fi stuff, or miniguns, or giant cannons. Not a rifle, some grenades, and a rpg. I want to play as a space soldier, not a guy from WW2.

Dang... I hope you're given the option to customize them further as you progress in the game. If not, I'll have to swap out Military Weapons for something else. I've never played any of the pre-alphas or betas, so I have no clue.

Why you get stressed by some relics.
First things first I have to explain to you.
Doing railjack missions are not for doing something you want, you will have to let go those stuff about opening relics, something that need a time to get those items, relax and do fissures stuff opening relics of other stuff for ducats on railjack missions, this way more fun and throught a fun you will get those items.
Don't stress yourself over something that will come eventually I got nyx and valkyr after 4 months of not bothering myself with it.
Just forget about it and focus on others things and you will understand this eventually

Guess I won't be buying this without a meaningful offline campaign. I don't buy always online games
